How It’s Done
Drawing upon extensive expertise in fabricating metal, East Lake produces standard and custom pipe supports and pipe shoes exceeding our customer’s expectations.
Starting with a detailed drawing provided by clients, we produce a 3-D CAD model to ensure tight tolerance to the specification. Highly accurate and repeatable parts are then cut and formed by our fleet of modern CNC equipment. All welding is performed by our CWB-certified team per CWB 47.1/W59 procedures. East Lake Manufacturing is proud to announce that we have the first CWB certified robotic welding cell in Alberta.
Using this technology has allowed us to reduce production errors and significantly cut down on the time it takes to manufacture parts. The pipe support industry often requires a rapid response to requests and utilizing all the technology on our floor allows East Lake Manufacturing to deliver accordingly. Each pipe support project is wrapped up with an onsite abrasive blasting, and epoxy powder coat to meet or exceed customer coating specifications.
