East Lake Manufacturing has had a long standing relationship with Tech-Wood Building Components and has been working with them since 2011. Recently Hank was contacted to build a snow push attachment for their rough terrain forklift.
The Ask.
They had an idea that they had seen, but were unable to find anything in Canada and came to us to see if we could manufacture the attachment for their winter yard cleaning needs. They could have purchased something from the U.S. however high exchange rates and shipping charges exceeded their budget. East Lake was able to discuss the details of the project and learn more about their specific needs for the snow push.
The Solution.
Hank prepared a detailed quote and upon approval CAD drawings were sent for review to ensure their vision was being met. From there, we were able to utilize our fleet of CNC equipment to cut and bend the materials needed.
The Result.
Our fabrication team then welded the pieces and finally it was sent over to powder coating to get a professional, durable powder coated finish. Within a two week time period, The finished product was delivered to their yard and is awaiting use during the upcoming winter season, they are thrilled with the results!
