The Ask.
Our team was approached to produce over 2000 custom clamp-on-style pipe supports. The package encompassed about 30 distinct configurations and pipe sizes, each demanding specialized clamps fabricated to precise specifications.
The Solution.
The project necessitated the delivery of these supports to the client’s site in a very short period of time. Adding complexity to the task, the supports required either a high-temperature paint coating or hot-dip galvanizing after fabrication, typically entailing a two-to-three-week turnaround.
The Result.
Leveraging our in-house CAD, CNC fabrication, and coating facilities, East Lake Manufacturing successfully fabricated the requested clamps and supports to exact specifications, skillfully managed the coating process, and ensured a timely and budget-conscious delivery to the customer site. A key factor contributing to our success in this project was the exceptional welding efficiency and quality achieved by our fabrication team, thanks to our state-of-the-art Miller Performance robotic welding cell.
