Engage Building Products of Calgary approached East Lake Manufacturing with a 3D CAD model of an aluminum waterfall feature that they needed fabricated within two weeks to prepare for the fall trade show season.

East Lake Manufacturing’s in-house CAD team of professionals was able to work with Engage’s design team to recommend materials and structural modifications to streamline the fabrication process.

Using on-site powder coating facility, we successfully executed both the fabrication and coating processes, ensuring that we met the customer’s critical deadline.
East Lake Manufacturing completed our waterfall display in a short lead time of only 2 weeks. They completed the design, submitted shop drawings, and fabricated, welded and powder-coated our display. We worked closely and quickly with Kevin to ensure the critical design features were clear. He filled in the rest of the design and fabrication details as required. Revising the design as needed with the materials he had on hand, helped to ensure the display was completed on time. Kevin was always perceptive and communicative with our project. Our team was impressed by the crisp details and overall professional quality of the display. Our product will stand out and be the star of the show.
